For any undamaged product, simply return it with the original packaging, along with the reciept, within 14 days of the date you recieved the product. We will offer a refund based on the original payment method.

Please note the following;

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

(ii) User soiled products can not be returned.

(iii) Damaged products will be refunded or replaced with like for like, following communication with photographic evidence of damage. The product will be replaced free of charge. The damaged product will be returned in the original packaging at the cost of the customer.
